- Point of contact for the division director
- Primary administrative liaison between the human resources and division management on personnel actions; assist with recruiting, hiring, and promotion cases
- Advise on documentation and assist with the performance review process (PMP) communications and troubleshooting
- Develop and execute long term communications and meetings for new hires outreach, orientation, and safety culture
- Write and edit administrative standard operating procedures
- Onboard and job train recent hires
