- Optimize training processes for efficiency- System Administrator for the approved Learning Management System- Train and develop the Training team; answer questions and provide support- Continuously assess effectiveness of all training programs for improvement and strategic alignment- Liaise with other departments to ensure successful integration of the physicians and employees into their clinics - Create, update and maintain training documents- Identify training needs by consulting with stakeholders sessions- Answer non-medical questions and provide guidance to all employees and physician- Maintain proper record keeping for all onboarding and training documents- Participate in training events such as seminars, trade shows, webinars, and one-on-one training- Other duties and projects as assigned.

- Interact regularly with patients, performing triage, clinical skills and working clinical shifts. - Provide a report on improvement plans specific to the clinics, the physician’s practice or to the company- Act as a resource to answer non-medical questions from staff, physicians, and patients- Oversee and bear responsibility for the maintenance of the high cleanliness, professional and performance standards of three clinics; be available to answer questions during monthly site inspections - Prepare staff schedule two weeks in advance. Maintain daily/weekly/monthly changes- Approve staff timesheets for payroll- Responsible for inventory orders and maintaining appropriate inventory levels - Staff training and development- Monitor and support staff performance- Follow the discipline process with staff as needed - Attend monthly management meetings and implement procedural changes in a timely and effective manner - Act as a success partner to new colleagues, answer questions and provide support- Promote missions and values and motivate staff- Participate in at least one initiative per quarter (as assigned by direct manager). Contribute ideas and suggestions, based on prior experience and job knowledge- Successfully meet metrics on a consistent basis- Assist with coverage based on business needs as vacancies occur on the management team.

- Facilitate theory and practical training sessions for new employees and physicians- Oversee and bear responsibility for the success of the learner- Conduct specialty skills and programs training which includes Injection Training, Allergy testing, Travel Medicine, Foot Care, and Well Baby programs- Answer non-medical questions and provide guidance to employees and physicians - Liaise with the appropriate departments to schedule training sessions - Track, complete and collect all training checklists; ensure proper HR record keeping- Liaise with the management team to ensure successful integration of the new employees and physicians into their clinics - Maintain proper record keeping for all onboarding and training documents - Maintain up-to-date training material and documents for the approved Learning Management System- Oversee and bear responsibility for the success of the new employees and physicians - Complete document updates, create training content, and assist with training projects - Participate in training events such as seminars, trade shows, webinars, and one-on-one training sessions - Promote missions and values and motivate staff.
