- Assisting with delivering exams, organising examination planning and assessments which including timetabling and exam room preparation - Assisting Invigilators with preparation for exam invigilation- Dealing with students enquiries via e-mail, phone and face to face regarding exam days, exam results and certificates - Assisting with organising, monitoring and supervising suitable invigilation according to the appropriate awarding body regulations.- Ensure full compliance with awarding body registration regulation and support the reduction of late fee penalties as well as secure withdrawal refunds- Posting out Certificates, Results and Awarding Letters to BTECFunctional Skills and GCSE students - Delivering Exam Packs for Exam days across various sites - Preparing exam materials and exam stationery - Reporting to Managers and Directors - Meeting urgent exam deadlines- Creating, updating spreadsheets and reports- IT work, scanning, photocopying and filingAnd other exam administrative duties
