My first work experience was during my college days as a Personal Secretary of an Insurance Agent. I was assign to collect and monitor payment schedules for insurance dues with their clients and to remit it to the Insurance Company where my boss is connected. It is also my duty to monitor the monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual dues of all his clients. After i graduated from college, I was connected with Cebu Progress Commercial as sales and inventory clerk, It is my duty to maintain the accuracy of the inventory levels of all stocks in the store; to check the accuracy of the number of all incoming stocks and the outgoing stocks (whether sold or stocks to be returned to warehouse); to coordinates with the stocks availability, including those from purchasing, sales and the warehouse; to inform/report the warehouse personnel defective or non-stock item and when and where to return it; conduct or supervise audits of facility inventory on a scheduled basis; Maintain proficiency in computerized systems and other technologies as required. It is also my duty to compare the quantities of items physically present in the store to the inventory records. If discrepancy occurs, the inventory clerk shall look into all the records and adjust entries in the inventory record with the supervision and approval of the store manager.When the store is jampacked with customers, as part of my other duties in the store, i helped in the sales department to accommodate customers and make sure that their needs, if not all, will be addressed immediately. In the event that our cashier will take her day-off, i was designated as replacement cashier at the same time. I get to work also in a Bakeshop as Cashier for a year. I have created a system and the forms to be used for their inventory and cashiering for easy monitoring of the owner. Currently, i am connected with a Rural Bank Institution as the Secretary to the CEO.
