I managed and assisted in multiple projects, including the TGHiV database transformation project, the Ontario HIV Treatment Network Cohort Study, STOPCoV study, and the initiation phase of other research studies. It is my duty to oversee patient onboarding process, including screening, recruitment, scheduling, and interviewing. I organize documentations of research activities, including signed informed consent, reimbursement documents, and communication activities with collaborators and patients. It is worth-mentioning that I spearhead 60-minute scripted in-person or virtual interviews with participants. For the TGHiV clinical database, I extract and input relevant electronic medical records into the database. It is core part of my duty to operate clinical database for generating feasibility reports for different research studies. I analyze data to answer research objectives. Perform mock-ups of database and deliver regular feedbacks to database design team. Moreover, I am providing support in operation of decentralized STOP-CoV research study. The key task of my job is to deliver support in patient communication via phone or email. Some of my key accomplishments are: • Increased recruitment and interview number by 50%.• Developed user experience and satisfaction survey with +85% of participants responded within one week.• Supported database design team to optimize database from draft to production mode.

During this job position, I have led clinical research project to evaluate effectiveness of novel pulmonary function device. I collaborated with stakeholders aimed at providing regular status updates to principal investigator and manager as well as maintaining good clinical research practice.
