Lead Organizer for Seafair Indian Days Powwow 2024with over 15,000 attendees over 3 days. I created the projected plan, booked the head staff alongside a committee of individuals, created a new map up to date with fire codes, submitted all permits and launched the vendor applications. I left this position just before the event occured, however I did organize the logistics and was involved in all but the event date.-worked with 15 departments to hold space for events in our community center/facility to uphold current grants and create awareness and progress towards new resources and continue to cultivate a space to practice culture.-facility rental manager, from initial contact through final walkthrough of private event rentals-marketing strategy and updates of current rental packet and information, updated policies and procedures and signage -created an on and off premise activation layout and procedure as well as sign out requests-overseen changes in vendor use to create more financial efficiency - purchased display purchases and assembly for preservation of cultural items and financial efficiency -media and photography, created new walkthrough videos, stock photography and other content for private rentals-lead project manager/facilitated tours, documentary filming's, performances and workshops for different tribes-organized large city meetings with tribal members and facilitated political figures cultivating future partnerships and representation-created a success dance program in collaboration with the daybreak star radiom and El sueno dance that still is there today.
