A new failover design approach for the control center operation was required which lead to the implementation of a new control center and along with it's network integration. A new server room was designed and built and all network communications services were reviewed to accommodate the new architecture. The seamless migration of all ongoing telecommunications services was achieved including the reconfiguration of the satellite backup services.
