My responsibilities included assisting the teacher and the students with any required work that needs to be or needed to be completed. I also have day to day interactions with the parents, informing them on the status of their children. I also provide help to the office as an assistant when they are short handed.

My position as a customer service rep at the USPS was to perform great customer service. I was also in charge of cash/credit card transaction. At the end of the day I had to close out and balance all drawers and make sure the safe was balanced and closed out also.
