- Involvement in the organization, structuring, economic and financial analysis of projects and Business Plans.- Development of exit strategies for third-party investors.- Preparation of investment memos and presentation materials for banking and investor partners.- Management of document follow-ups and centralization of financial informations and legal files for internal use an external use in Data-Rooms.- Evaluation and analysis of financing offers and contracts.- Participation in discussions with the legal advisors of fund providers.- Monitoring of contractual commitments.- Tracking and optimizing the financial performance of the asset portfolio (bank covenants, distributions, cash flow management, alignment of Business Plans with accounting reports).
