I was born and raised in Northern California, and I am pursuing my Psy.D at California Northstate University, College of Psychology. My goal is to become a sports psychologist and help create lasting change in my clients lives. I have a professional background in education and community mental health, where I worked for several years before pursuing higher education. My background is in combat sports like boxing, wrestling, and Ju-Jitsu, which I am still active. In the Psychology field, I am currently interested in topics like masculinity, mental imagery, social media, peak performance, play therapy (ex.Dnd), innovative practices, and ethics.
