This was the last position I held, before beginning preparations for our move to San Antonio. In my time there, I handled numerous desktop issues, hardware repairs, hardware refreshes, and network trouble shooting. I had numerous contract jobs through them, including a one year help desk and rollout specialist job with Rockwell Collins in Cedar Rapids Iowa, early phone support work for Windows 95, and early small office network systems.
