As A/C Coordinator, I had the following missions:- Be accountable for all the Outstanding works affecting Hamburg A/C sections- Present to Final Assembly Lines the Remains To Do with associated actions plan- Built up daily planning for the team to achieve milestones- Identify bottleneck and enable solution to mitigate risk- Daily follow-up of remaining works of Risk Sharing Partners (Premium Aerotec, Triumph Insulations Systems, Airbus Helicopter Deutschland, Diehl, Labinal)- Troubleshooting (if any issue) of daily business in Final Assembly Lines- Improve Way of Working to reach production rate target- Report to management about A/C status and forecast the Remains To Do- Practice teamwork and share feedback with stakeholders.- Decrease damage's inflow by applying methods and sensibilization about "Lesson learnt"As Focal point for Airbus Helicopter Deutschland I have to:- Weekly review the partner performances- Solve issues jeopardizing milestones from the FAL- Give visibility to all stakeholders about upcoming issues and bring confidence regarding choosen solutions- Anticipate Design issues leading to risks in FAL- Manage contractual issues

Through meetings, I have to acquire needs from clients and ensure right understanding of the expected system.From needs, I built and justified one system functional architecture with SYSML language and Key Performance Indicators.These steps leads to the redaction of the system specifications and validation of them with clients.Last but not least, I have to realize the Implementation of the process on the simulator and analyze its behavior.Depending on the simulaton results, I might suggest improvements for the process and the simulator performances.
