Responsible of the operational strategy at MBA Innovation with a focus on Digital Architecture and Product Lifecycle Management Solutions in a straightforward and simplified way.

As a solution engineer, my job is to understand the challenges and needs of large manufacturing companies, and to propose a coherent digital architecture based on the Salesforce Customer 360 platform.

As part of the COE (Customer Online Engagement) EMEAR team, my responsibilities include : - Knowledge of the Dassault Systèmes portfolio and technical mastery of the 3DEXPERIENCE Cloud Platform solution, in its various disciplines: ○ As an Operations System (3D Design with CATIA and SOLIDWORKS, finite element simulation with SIMULIA, product lifecycle management with ENOVIA, among others) ○ As a Business Model (creation of connected business ecosystems with 3DSWYM, collaboration & project management with ENOVIA, among others) - Customer engagement through the IFWE Loop online model: ○ Technical pre-sales: gathering and analyzing customer needs, defining and articulating a suitable solution using the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, then presenting and technically demonstrating this solution. ○ Once the solution has been deployed at the customer's site, secure adoption through follow-up: - Proactive: facilitation of technical meetings on various topics related to customer needs (3D design, finite element simulation, team collaboration on the platform, etc.). - Reactive: animation of a technical follow-up community dedicated to the customer: answers to questions, sharing of useful documentation, etc. - Interaction with the Dassault Systèmes ecosystem ○ Regular contacts with a network of experts on solutions in order to meet customer needs, and with R&D teams in order to escalate requests for improvements ○ Promoting the cloud internally and externally by organizing and running webinars in collaboration with the Marketing department. - Development of the IPC EMEAR team: ○ Creation of technical FAQs, facilitation of "Knowledge Sharing" sessions. ○ Mentoring newly recruited consultants (on technical solutions, and on first customer engagements)

- Define and understand the needs of project managers in a context of changing project management methodology- Create the necessary documentation and communication materials for the transformation of their tools and practices, maximizing the internal use of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform- Animate the project managers community in order to communicate information as effectively as possible (organization of seminars, webinars)
