Account Manager
• As an account manager for Discover Bank, my role was responsible for handling routine customer service inquiries and problems via telephone through effective communication and problems solving skills. These routine customer service inquiries require the use of standard screens, scripts and procedures. • Brings empathy to customer inquiries about reward redemptions, customer information updates, debit card activations, helping with declining transactions, processing lost or stolen cards, statement and APY inquires with all products that include checking, savings, money market accounts, and certificates of deposits. • Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
