Responsible for organizing the day-to-day business of the Portfolio Management (PM) function, where PM function is kept in-house.Main involvements:• Voting member on the Private Equity and Real Estate Investment Committees;• Representing PM function in Board meetings;• Evaluate investments opportunities within alternative asset classes (Private Equity, Real Estate, Debt and Infrastructure);• Ongoing monitoring of portfolio assets;• Cash Management;• Due Diligence / AML KYC on assets and counterparties.

Long-term mission to support a major Management Company / Portfolio Manager in Luxembourg. Part of one of the biggest Insurance Group in Europe, this Portfolio Manager hub in Luxembourg was mainly built to pursue the intensive growth strategy from the group in such location. I was mainly involved in:• Further expending multi-boutiques offer;• Reorganisation of funds offer (setup new fund, cross-border merger, liquidation);• Investment Committee (Real estate, Debt, etc.);• Capital call process;• Investment process;• Coordination between internal and external stakeholders.

I developed knowledge related to the Banking and Fund industries through projects like review of processes, operational assistance, and technical support.Principally involved in various engagements in the Financial Services areas including:• Private Equity fund migration;• EMIR projects (TR reporting, Risk mitigation techniques, Central clearing);• Member of the PwC Luxembourg EMIR core team;• Collateral management;• SFTR projects;• Banking system upgrade;• Member of ABBL "Transaction Reporting" working group.I also developed project manager role in the various above engagements.

Part of the FS consulting team providing services to Banking and Investment Fund industry clients.Involved in many projects related to the European Market Infrastructure Regulation (EMIR) assisting, amongst others, Banks, Management Companies, and Investment Funds to cope with their regulatory duties as regards derivative instruments. The support and services included:▪ EMIR gap analysis (TR reporting, Risk Mitigation Techniques, Central Clearing, Margin rules, etc.);▪ Project management for the implementation of identified tasks;▪ Assistance in drafting of business requirements;▪ Review of Valuation model (Mark-to-model);▪ Assistance in contacting and discussing EMIR relevant requirements with various stakeholders (e.g. counterparties to trades, investment managers, management company, etc.);▪ Support and testing of various IT developments associated with EMIR.I was also engaged in various AIFMD projects with a focus on:▪ Business analysis and assessment of impact of regulatory duties;▪ In-depth analysis operational impacts;▪ Support, development and testing AIFMD reporting solutions.Other essential involvements include:▪ Set-up of a Private Equity desk (organisation of a PE Firm, formation of a Fund, supervision of assets, valuation of investments, etc.), and Project management in a PE Fund migration.▪ Member of the PwC "Listing team” which gathers major experience for listing assets on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.▪ Member of the PwC "Asset Management Newsletter" team.
