About Quentin Guichard

I would call myself the ultimate athlete at heart. Sports have always been part of my life, predominantly tennis, obstacle course racing, and crossfit. I want to use my experience to help others reach their full potential, whether it be getting a little fitter or going for gold, while preventing injury-related setbacks.
