Compliance Tech will plan and participate in audits in the following areas: manufacturing, laboratories, utilities, quality areas, engineering, training, and other areas as applicable. As Compliance Tech, I am responsible to function as the primary administrator for the prep room during regulatory, third party, and corporate audits. Prepare all materials in preparation for inspections, and communicate issues to the audit administrator. This person will also track and maintain audit responses, corrective actions, and effectiveness completions using internal database, corporate database, and hard copy files.

• Responsible for cleaning, setup and operation of the Harro Filler machinery and equipment• Responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and preventive maintenance of manufacturing production equipment• Perform changeovers and adjustment to equipment relevant to the operation• Perform batch record orders in SAP, equipment challenges, SAP work orders for maintenance repairs and parts orders• Operation of Infinity Quality System(IQS) to ensure proper weight dosage introduced into MDPI filled blister for 28 and 60 dose strip• Trained in use of the Flow Science Fume Hood and Regal Dye Test for purpose of leak testing MDPI filled strip• Trained in use of Honeywell Circular Chart Records for use of monitoring Relative Humidity(RH) and Temperature for strict environmental conditions• Responsible for cleaning, setup and operation of the Relenza Diskhaler machinery and equipment• Responsible for preventive maintenance of manufacturing production equipment• Perform changeovers and adjustment to equipment relevant to the operation• Perform batch record orders in SAP, equipment challenges, SAP work orders for maintenance repairs and parts orders• Operation of Infinity Quality System(IQS) to ensure proper weight dosage within Relenza
