Principal mission: Kitchen Appliance and Coffee Machine noise optimisation by:- Finding cost effective ways to reduce and improve product noises- Creating new acoustic test procedures- Setting acoustical design rules and project requirements - Elaborating Product Sound Quality Metrics

Main role: Optimisation of 2 Mechatronic Production End Of Line Testing by:- Improving production End of Line vibration bench testing conditions in order to make the recordings usable and reduce the production cycle time from 12 to 6s- Optimising existent acoustical metrics and adding some new more advance ones in order to better validate actuator sound quality after assembly and drop the SCRAP rate from 8% to 1%- Monitoring assembly and supplier part quality issues

Main role: Engine surrounding system vehicle integration Technical Specialist by:- Sizing components and systems to ensure their reliability and durability using FMEA method- Creating Validation Plans to ensure components and systems are well enough designed so they can answer Renault Sport costumer usage as well as environmental, thermal and vibratory conditionsSecondary role: Alpine and Megane RS Reliability Lead Engineer by:- Leading project and customer Warranty Task Force- Troubleshooting issues using Ishikawa diagram method- Making sure solutions are implemented in order to improve customer satisfaction, within project schedule and being challenged on cost

Principal mission: Brake system NVH validation for all Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles by:- Assessing NVH attribute and ensuring integration of brake-by wire and regenerative braking technologies- Elaborating a new brake warble and judder test procedure and transfer path analysis to validate them on track and find out their root causes- Correlating subjective assessment with objective data obtained from brake warble and judder track measurements as well as Electric Park Brake (EPB) and modulator testing to create new vibration and acoustics objective project targets- Establishing new automated processing and reporting for brake warble, rumble and judder Nardo track testing as well as for EPB- Modal testing components in free-free and system-on-rig conditions using 3D laser and hammer testing technics- Working closely with the CAE team to create brake judder MultiBody simulation and optimise FEM used for squeal sound forecast- Owning responsibility for Jaguar Land Rover Special Vehicle Operation (SVO) brake refinement NVH attribute delivery from September 2015 to November 2016

Principal mission: Assure technical credence of new requirements, test cases and test procedures and ensure their implementation in the JLR project management system by:- Leading technical reviews on requirements, test cases and test procedures- Setting targets for project management- Ensuring the requirements, test cases and test procedures are correctly implemented
