Cash Collector – Accounts Receivables Department • Created a database with all the unpaid invoices, and unapplied payments from the customers, in order to reconcile them if the information allows us to do so. • Reduced the level of bad debts in the company’s accounting with an objective of 2% per year• Managed sensitive customer accounts in terms of invoicing process, by directly applying the payments to the invoices with the approval and information from the client

Controller – Accounting and Control departments • Realized a financial analysis of the company and an excel template based on the financial statements, giving the manager the indicators to identify the areas with high profitability and the tool to make this analysis for the future • Compared and interpreted the results using profitability ratios to help the manager assess the financial health of the company• Forecasted budgets for the 3 following quarters using the financial analysis made previously, enabling the manager to make wiser decisions based on the budgets
