=> Radiobiological techniques : cell culture on primary human tumor cell, immunoprecipitation, kinase tests, nuclear protein extraction, Bradford protein assay, cell irradiation, immunofluorescence, confocal microscopie, WB.=> Collaboration with the Neolys diagnostics company for the development of a radiosensitivity test. * Main goal : demonstrate the nucleoshuttling of the ATM protein in response of DNA double-strand breaks induced by therapeutic radiation doses.
