Quentin Mccorvey is a President at Paradigm Institutional Investments. He possess expertise in leadership, program management, strategic planning, marketing, leadership development and 45 more skills. Colleagues describe him as "Quentin and I interacted while I managed the Ohio Skills Bank (OSB) for the State of Ohio (at both the Ohio Board of Regents and the Ohio Department of Job & Family Services) and he served as the chair of the Cleveland-Cuyahoga County Workforce Investment Board. Among other purposes, the OSB at both agencies served as a leading effort to reframe the relationships between State and its Workforce Investment Areas vis a vis policymaking, programming, etc. to ensure the needs of the State best coincide with the needs of its many unique regions. Like any program of this nature, it asked for a degree of change from all parties. As leader of one of Ohio's most robust WIBs, Quentin was right in the mix. I credit him for being open-minded and willing to work with all parties (both in Cuyahoga County as well as with State leadership) to make any change positive for his community...as well as to leverage the regional changes to achieve outcomes that he and his Board want to see happen. Quentin brings a wealth of knowledge to his role with the WIB. He knows his community inside and out. He has keen insights on where investments should be made for the greatest public good.
