Human Resources Business Partner
Conducts effective, thorough, and objective internal investigations including (but not limited to) complaints of ethics and policy violations, personnel issues, and areas of noncompliance.Collaborate with employees and management to improve working relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.Provide advice and direction on effective leadership management, employee engagement, cultural awareness, and diversity.Administers field investigations analyzes evidence, and escalates recommendations.Interprets federal, state, and local employment laws and policies, and assists in developing related training programs for CSD staff and management.Manage talent and advise in areas of employee rights. Including but not limited to: Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other reasonable accommodations.Responsible for partnering with leaders to drive the people agenda through advising and coaching on matters related to talent development, organizational performance, engagement & culture, and strategic planning.Advises and coaches on effective leadership skills, organizational effectiveness, interpersonal communication, employee engagement, culture, and diversity.Partners with other divisions, including Records Management, Communications, and IT, to develop new business processes across CSD, and collects and analyzes data, maintains records, and monitors compliance.Create offer packages and negotiate candidate offers by partnering with hiring managers and key stakeholders.Strategic stakeholder problem-solving with to improve organizational culture, retention, andminimize risks.Analyze training program effectiveness and ensure alignment with federal, state, and localemployment laws and policies.Develop innovative business organizational processes through division partnership, data collection, data analysis, record maintenance and compliance.
