Reduced the delivery time from an estimated 14 months to 6 months.Acted as the technical led for a POC to replace DHI with a new Cognos based solution. Worked with the Cognos Analytics team to define enhancements supporting the IBM Watson Health use cases and collaborated on unique solutions within the product.
