During Ariane 5 and VEGA launch campaigns: - Technical manager of ~15 subcontractors in the fields of fluids, mechanics, control command, energy, HVAC, safety systems during launch base preparation, launcher integration and test, final countdown and post launch operations.- Responsible for anomaly treatment (~400 per campaign), coordination of launch base operations (~ 100 per day).- Responsible for launcher rollout to launch pad operations and final countdown ground operations.- Preparation of launch base readiness reviews and redaction of technical notes.

- Contract manager for maintenance and exploitation of Ariane 5, Soyuz and VEGA launch pads.In the fields of cryogenics installations and production plants (LH2, LOX, LN2, LHe), conventional fluids installations (helium, nitrogen, air), metrology and chemical laboratories: technical and financial management of subcontractors (~ 20 people), contract negotiation, budget management for investment and maintenance of ground facilities (~ 2 M€/year).- Manager for the space center fuel farm: responsible for maintenance, safety and logistics of the storable propellant storage area (~ 20.000L of MMH, N2O4 and N2H4 used for spacecrafts and launchers).

Kourou

- Responsible for final assembly and testing of Ariane 5 cryogenic and storable propellant upper stages (ESC-A and EPS) and VEGA upper stage (AVUM).- On site operation manager (~10 technicians), redaction of test procedures, treatment of technical anomalies, task planification.- Responsible for Ariane 5 and VEGA upper stage final launch operations (cryogenic propellant loading, storable propellant loading, high pressure capacity pressurization).- Post operation and post launch data analysis.
