I have over 20 years of experience in the construction Industry. I am now an active General Contractor and business owner. I also work as a Project Manager for Commercial Building Consultants. I was a proactive Amenities Construction Manager for Lennar and previous Project Manager for Davila Custom Homes developing a comprehensive residential subdivision. I began my management position at a small GC company experienced in managing a variety of construction teams and projects. I have been successful in creating effective communication between personnel, general contractors, engineers, architects, and the clients; successful at finding cost-effective solutions to the various challenges that arise during residential and commercial construction. I had interaction in project designing and installation and prepared project sites and utilities. I am currently enrolled part time at Valencia College; I will have an AS in Electronic Engineering Technologies and AA in the fall of 2022. I plan to pursue my Bachelors at UCF.I have expanded my skills and knowledge with Lennar in the various aspects of site development and infrastructure, future design and planning, budgeting and custom features such as amenity structures and other custom, building assignments. Apart from work I dabble in music (piano and sound engineering) and competitive billiards. I am an Army veteran and a lifetime member and board member at the Disabled American Veterans Post 148 and a lifetime member of the St Cloud V.F.W. post 3227
