We set up process using digital tools to successfully execute the site's ~120 annual projects. This experience also opened my eyes to the strategic dimension of managing a production site. I joined the Finance team of this industrial site as FBP in charge of tracking Sanofi's flagship product (Dupixent in its in-substance form) before returning to France as FBP on the Dupixent filling and packaging site.
