CurrentMarinescence is a recruitment agency specialized in the yachting industry working primarily internationally. I did a 6-month internship, then I continued my collaboration with the agency as a Recruiter / Psychologist. Much of the work was in English. I was in charge of:• Development of the high profile recruitment department: Creation of several digital interview procedures and skills-based interviews.• Recruitment in all yachting trades: verification of qualifications, recruitment interviews, explanation of skills, customer relations, negotiation, sourcing and hunting.• Analysis and systematization of the agency's procedures.• Development of a set of consulting and HR intervention protocol to help companies master the constraints inherent in human activities (anticipation and support for change, prevention and risk management, communication & HR strategy, etc.)
