Managed cross-functional meeting to design a process map regarding bidding for $10M opportunities with Marketing, Operation, R&D and Sales functions to identify and resolve issues.Presented actions and strategy to C-level for the new product based on all the information collected to increase revenue to $125M while maintaining margins at 20%.

I am leading a team of junior analysts to review and invest in early-stage companies including meeting entrepreneurs, analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, creating valuation models and preparing the speech deck. I am also in charge of pitching the investments to the advisory board which will make the ultimate investment decision.

I analyzed financial risk for US and Canadian companies, via discounted cash flow modeling, financial ratios and operating trends for projects up to $20M, with personal authority of $10M. I advised C-level risk committee on investment decisions by creating and presenting reports for potential customers with financing recommendations from start-up to Fortune 500. I Led and organized meetings with customers at C-level to gain insight and review strategies and performances of companies to receive a confidence level in investment decisions. I adapted, managed and structured deals for various profiles of companies based on quantitative and qualitative information via financial models to limit company potential loss in case of default. I audited credit memos within the company as per risk management policy, reported and corrected unusual and non-identified issues within the risk management team for exposure over $1M.

I managed deals for customers and suppliers in English and French, processed deals with partners to execute contracts for delivery of equipment for up to $2M timely. I identified and translated contracts with legal and sales teams from English to French to support growth for sales and risk management team leading to proper coverage in the event of default. I increase efficiency in the monthly forecast by process improvement of tracking system permitting to increase turnover efficiency and increase customer satisfaction.
