As a seasoned professional with approaching 40 years’ experience in the gaming industry. I co-founded Reflex Gaming in 2004 together with Simon Dawson, driven by my desire to break away from the restraints of corporate business in order to develop and grow new, niche, market opportunities. Leveraging my robust sales background in both the UK and international markets, I swiftly established partnerships with major UK partners, propelling Reflex Gaming to become the country's largest rebuild machine manufacturer within our first few years. Our team expanded to 120 employees at the peak of analogue machine production, but more recently the business has pivoted to producing game content for both land based and online sectors to maintain our rapid growth and market impact.My approach is hands-on and pragmatic, with a comprehensive understanding of legislative requirements and business operations within the gaming sector. I have a keen eye for spotting opportunities across the pub, club, AGC and bingo markets.One of my proudest achievements was in 2015 when Reflex Gaming was recognised by The Sunday Times Tech Track 100 as one of the fastest-growing tech companies in the UK, ranking 45th. This accolade underscored our commitment to innovation and excellence.In 2020, we diversified our portfolio by venturing into the online gaming market, a segment that has experienced significant growth under my leadership. Through my journey, I have learned that resilience is crucial in running a successful business. Challenges are inevitable, but perseverance and adaptability are key to overcoming them to drive continuous growth and success.
