Being involved in the start-up since it's beginning, I was assigned to manage the Lausanne office, the company's headquarters.I was in charge of the following tasks :- Carry out the whole customer service process from pitching the service, defining keycriteria and visiting properties until the signing of a lease contract.- Train apprentices and interns.- Daily manage current and potential customers.- Search and negotiate real estate from private owners and agencies.- Film and take pictures of real estate properties for remote customers.- Advise and assist customers in their application process by optimizing their files.- Assist the two associates in the new staff recruitment process.

During this very rich internship I was involved in the Business Development of the start-up very beginnings.In addition to customer service, i was in charge of :- Creating a B2B development strategy through market research, data gathering andcompetition monitoring.- Collaborating with IT department for the development and implementation of anautomated flat research tool.

As a Vice President, I had the honor of dedicating all my time in "improving the students' life". The 12 members of our team target the same objective of advising, guiding and entertaining HEC students in order to make their HEC experience the greatest.As a Vice-President I had to deal with all stakeholders, interns and externs, involved in the association. My role was also to supervise all members of the Comité HEC and make sure they could carry out their missions in the best possible conditions through guidance and help.

The Comité HEC is the main student association of HEC Lausanne. We represent the students of HEC, defend their rights and are at their disposition for any kind of help.As the Sports Events responsible, I had the mission to entertain the students of my faculty and some more through sportive events and activities on and off campus.My main tasks were :- Partnerships/Sponsorship development and negotiation - Budget management- Logistic planification- D-day management- Crisis managementI am honored to have been able to convey emotions to HEC Lausanne students through the organization of events such as the "Weekend Ski HEC", the karting Grand-Prix, pétanque and bowling tournaments and many others. I was also able to adapt the range of events to covid's health crisis conditions, with remote events such as the FIFA tournament broadcasted live on Twitch!

I had the chance to contribute to the administrative, accounting and human resources tasks of the company. I was in charge of the whole process : the mail collection, accounting and payment of invoices, answering and contacting suppliers/customers, dealing with daily staff interactions.
