As a mature student at the University of Brighton, I am currently in my second year pursuing a BA (Hons) in Politics, Sexuality, and Gender. My academic journey is deeply rooted in a passion for understanding and advocating for diversity, equity, and inclusion within our society.Alongside my studies, I work full-time as a Mental Health Support Worker with SPINC, where I have also taken on the role of Neurodiversity Champion. This role has allowed me to advocate for and support neurodivergent individuals, driving meaningful change both within the organisation and beyond. My contributions were part of SPINC’s involvement in Autistica's Neurodiversity Employers Index (NDEI), which earned the company a Bronze Award, recognising our commitment to inclusivity.I am dedicated to fostering environments where everyone feels empowered to thrive, whether through academic research, professional practice, or community engagement. I welcome opportunities to connect with like-minded individuals who share a passion for advancing equality and understanding in all spaces.
