While my curent mission is to support the transformation of Thales’ engineering and more specifically the ability of our leaders to grow our teams and deliver solutions to our customers’ expectations, I focus on trying to do so by offering engineers an environment where they can be as great as they are, feel pleasure in what they do, be recognised and take as much responsibility as they are ready to.I may also coach individuals, teams and/or organisations so that they feel more aligned with their core values, are more efficient in the way they interact and start dreaming beyond the possible.What am I looking for?
