Responsible for managing a project from A-Z: Prospection of new clients, respond to client bid or special requests and manage relationship with international client.Once contract is signed, coordination of the entire event, briefing to different execution teams, follow up on the event with the client.After the event, reporting to Eventattitude and evaluation of the project according to defined KPIs.
