Main achievements: Successfully led with the shareholder (PE firm Mitiska) the sale process of the company. Increased the turnover of 88%, the EBITDA of 230 % and the net profit of 200 % during period 2010-2013 (BE). Recruited and managed a close team of 45 people on 7 locations. Successfully negotiated the new lease contract with Brussels Airport (1.5M€ commitment for 2 locations). Generated financial & operational vision by implementing analytic reporting, budget, forecast, dashboard / KPI’s and through following those up with Board. Successfully secured bank funding & equity commitment with SRIW.
