After the acquisition of Greenfish by Accenture, we formed a team specialised on sustainability within Accenture Industry X. My focus lies on managing the team, the services and the solutions based on Life Cycle Assessment. We support clients in scaling up their sustainability efforts, by the use of technology platforms and solutions related to LCA. Our team of experts provides state of the art environmental impact assessment, from cradle-to-grave, across multiple impact categories and guide and challenge clients maturity on the topic. On the side, I am focusing on bringing critical and science-based insights and reflexion to question the current pathways that business have chosen for sustainability. While efforts are kicking off, our impact on the environment does not reduce fast enough and many businesses are very vulerable to the on-going environmental changes. Developing the company department of project delivery providing sustainable consulting turn-key solutions and services on the topics of energy, environmental footprinting and mobility. Since the start in 2017, the department has grown from a greenfield start to a break-even team of 35 consultants, delivering numerous projects and offer to Greenfish clients and prospects. This role entails the following tasks : - Meeting with clients to define their needs- Writing proposals for scoping service delivery- Being the lead consultant for several projects (energy, GHG assessment and ambition setting, life cycle assessment projects, training and awareness programs)- Developing a strategy of Internal Knowledge Management - Managing internal organization of the department- Organizing workshops and doing public speeches on a wide range of topics.

Project Coordination of the ROLECS project (Roll out of local energy communities)The project intends to gain a deeper understanding of the development of Local Energy Communities (LECS). These communities, following up EU policy on energy, create a landscape that is more sustainable and with active participation of the end-consumer/producer (the so-called prosumer). The project is a cooperation between different Flemish research institutes and companies active in the energy sectors.
