Data Scientist Intern in the Hydro project : Prediction of heart failure in patients with cardiac devicesThe Hydro project: ● a team of 5 data scientists from IMPLICITY and the HDH (Health Data Hub).● the daily data of 25,000+ pacemaker and implantable cardioverter-defibrillator (ICD) from clients of IMPLICITY● the 10-year-long medical history of 3.7 million patients with cardiac disease, provided by the SNDS (Système National des Données de Santé)Main missions:● Training various Machine Learning models (LSTM network, XGboost, random forest, kernel methods, survival analysis models…).● Participation in the creation of meaningful features :by exchanging views with cardiologistsby using feature selection and machine learning explicability techniques.● Creation of a new space of medical events using NLP methods and clustering.● Participation in the creation of the data pipeline.Tech stack used:● Python (Scikit learn, Pandas, Pytorch, Statsmodels, Plotly, numpy, Keras…)● SQL et bases de données clefs-valeurs.Skills in the medical field:● Training in cardiovascular basic concepts (especially in rhythmology).● Knowledge from the use of the SNDS database.

A 3-month internship within Aquavista, a team in charge of the creation of a monitoring plateforme for water treatment plants (using Machine Learning tools).
