Business development manager in innovative plastics solutions, my expertises are :- Managing a business activity by establishing the commercial and marketing strategy for the company growth and applying it with the team. Making the company expertise recognized in the chemical and plastic international market.- Managing technical projects including the development of innovative plastics, the introduction of new products into the market and planning project programs- Following existing clients, groups and SME, and developping partnership with new customers- Finding partners and creating consortium for collaborative project- Managing internal development like digitalisation and standards implementationI am an expert in modification and functionnalization of polyolefins and engineering polymers by reactive extrusion and grafting.I was also involved in high performance polymers (PEEK, PPS, PAI...) and compounds product development.I developped TPU by reactive extrusion, for benchmarking new monomers or for industrialisation of innovative TPU.Also co-founder of Advanc3d Materials GmbH - now belonging to BASF 3D Printing Solutions GmbH - which develop and produce raw materials for the additive manufacturing industry. Topics in new innovative materials for SLS, developpement and testing on 3D printing machine. I provided technical expertise and assistance on site for prototyping and production companies in additive manufacturing.
