About Quentin Liang

Holding a master's degree in media management from ESCP Europe, Quentin Liang starts his first job by joining 1000mercis Group, a French digital marketing & advertising agency. He is essentially in charge of CRM marketing activities. In March 2011, he accepts a new challenge by integrating Same Same Agency (totay's Mcgarrybowen Luxury) as a digital consultant. With a keen desire to better understand the impact of digital era on business, he joins in early 2014 Cartier as a digital services project manager and was in charge of the deployment of digital tools in retail. The next year, he takes on the position of digital customer experience project manager in Nissan Europe to support digital transformation in Nissan dealerships across all of Europe. Endowed with the expertise on digital transformation and customer experience, Quentin Liang is currently digital transformation&data head at Rado. Entirely trilingual (English, Chinese & French) plus a native globetrotter spirit, he always keeps his mind open to different people and cultures.
