Strategic Account Manager
CurrentAs your Strategic Account Manager, I will maintain and expand relationships within strategically aligned clients. I will work with my clients on account planning and ensure that my client needs and expectations are met and exceeded.My responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:• Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and client expectations• Proactively assess, clarify, and validate client needs on an ongoing basis• Lead solution development efforts that best address my client needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary personnel• Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings
