Coached and collaborated with project leads to resolve conflicts, design challenges, and productivity bottlenecks within projects. Developed new workflows and adoption of project management tool (Monday.com) to plan project milestones, timelines, and team deliverables.• Developed partnerships with Duke professional schools and academic programs to innovate with digital learning, create online and hybrid courses, and develop their digital learning strategies. Developed revenue projections for Duke's Coursera portfolio. Created Duke’s royalty model for online courses in partnership with university finance and legal offices that easily shares revenues with faculty while complying with Duke policies and federal law.Tracked projected and actual spending across various funding sources, bringing clarity to Online Duke’s budget health and financial decision-making.Designed call for proposals process for faculty experimentation with online education; the process included input from university administrators, faculty and instructional designers.

Coordinated 16+ research projects under 6 grants by helping structure project timelines, managing student assistants and interns, and monitoring program budgets. Co-managed 7 field research teams in Southeast Asia for a $1.6 million, federal grant project, including guiding the teams through federal reporting requirements, developing budgets, and new administrative workflows that I developed for greater efficiency. Led program’s quantitative analyses as well as co-authored policy recommendations for changes to the pharmaceutical business model that would realign financial incentives with public health priorities for antibiotics and medicines for rare and neglected diseases.

Wrote field office reports on behalf of Thai national staff, including a proposal for a two-year pilot intervention to help child victims of sexual abuse, which was successfully funded and later scaled.
