Bobby Scott for Congress – Managed all campaign social media accounts and digital strategies for U.S. Representative Bobby Scott during his 2016 re-election campaign, leading to an almost 200% growth in audiences and engagement.• Climate Action Campaign – Hired by the Climate Action Campaign to lead their African American outreach efforts; engaging over 500+ African American leaders and influencers at 15 events in 3 years to support President Obama’s Clean Power Plan through advocacy efforts on the state and federal level. • Dr. Keith Rowley for Prime Minister of Trinidad and Tobago - Led the over $2 million-dollar, data centered, digital and grassroots organizing efforts for the People National Movement (PNM) Campaign to elect Dr. Keith Rowley Prime Minister of Trinidad and Tobago; resulting in historic voter turnout and a win for the PNM in 2015.

• Launched Inclusv, a diversity hiring initiative in the political and advocacy industry, in 2015 with three additional co-founders; raised over $200,000 to hire national staff and recruited 40 National Advisory Council members• Secured the first-ever, publically available, quarterly reporting on diversity hiring from the frontrunner democratic presidential campaigns and party committees during the 2016 cycle

• Led the recruitment, retention and engagement of 50,000+ black supporters; 36 state and regional leaders; and 30 national advisory council members to support former Secretary Hillary Clinton’s potential run for President of the United States through political, grassroots organizing, and fundraising outreach• Created five specific black engagement programs targeting Barbershop & Beauty Salon owners, Congregation leaders, Civil Rights organizational leaders, black donors and black social media influencers, helping lead to 76% of black voters supporting Sec. From 2009 - 2013, Quentin served as a member of the NAACP National Board of Directors. During his tenure, Quentin served as Vice Chair of the Climate & Environmental Justice Subcommittee, as well as the Vice Chair of the Political Action Subcommittee. Quentin joined the NAACP at the age of 15, serving in various capacities including Greenville (SC) Youth Council President, South Carolina Young & College Division President and Member of the NAACP National Youth Work Committee.

In 2010, Quentin joined the team at Green for All, helping establish the organizations footprint in Washington, DC. During his tenure Quentin coordinated political outreach and assisted in policy development with various Congressional Black Caucus members. He also developed and executed the 2010 “Green is the New Black” reception for the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation Annual Legislative Conference.

In 2009, Quentin joined Congresswoman Carolyn C. Kipatrick's Washington, DC Legislative Office as a part-time Staff Assistant, while finishing school at Howard University in the evenings. During his time there he reconciled 3 months of back-logged constituent mail, purchased new software and created a new mail system.

In July of 2008, Quentin rejoined the Obama Campaign in Ohio, serving as the Deputy Youth Vote Director. There, he developed and managed the execution of statewide voter turnout program targeted at Ohio’s youth. In his role he supported over 50 field organizers at 32 Ohio college campuses covering 315,000 students, and increased voter turnout by 94% at The Ohio State University.

In May of 2007, Quentin got his first job in politics as a Field Organizer for the 2008 Obama Campaign in his hometown of Greenville, SC. In 241 days, the Obama Campaign built the largest political organization in South Carolina's history.
