Lead and coach the business development team to source and develop technical applications for our client, to commercialize Singapore Technology’s developed technology for international market, and provide professional services for customers to ensure profitability. Manage IT and telecom solutions development from Australia, USA, Europe, Singapore etc. and perform turned-key system integration for APAC market. Formulate master business plan, project plans, budgeting and resources to ensure profitability and setup “high enough” barrier for competitors. Form and manage external experts including Technical Sales, Program Managers and Engineers to market our technology solution and supervise tendering activities. Supervise project teams worldwide to provide installation, commissioning, maintenance and professional services, and multi projects (program) and contractors management. Manage technology providers, hardware and software vendors, system integrators and clients to ensure every party operates in harmony and projects run smoothly. Represent the company to lobby with government bodies, liaise with international authorities, negotiate with country agents, equipment suppliers and customers. Manage crisis whenever necessary, maintain good relationships with clients, sales agents, partners and government bodies. Provide customer services and complaint handling.
