As a Logistics and Supply Chain Manager, I am responsible for the comprehensive planning, execution, and optimization of the company's end-to-end supply chain operations. My primary objective is to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of supplies and equipment to customers nationwide. With over twenty years of experience in the field, I have effectively implemented lean Six Sigma methodologies, data analysis tools, and process improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain operations' efficiency, quality, and overall performance.In my previous positions, I acquired valuable experience and skills in operations management, program management, and logistics coordination across the private, government, and public sectors. As Operations Manager, I oversaw the daily operations of a large-scale warehouse distribution system, managing all facets of procurement, purchasing, shipping, receiving, customer service, and safety management. Furthermore, as the Senior Director of Operations in the United States Marine Corps, I led and supervised multiple projects and teams, delivering strategic and tactical solutions to address complex logistics challenges. Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated my ability to collaborate effectively, communicate with clarity, and adapt swiftly to new concepts, technologies, and dynamic environments.
