- Support development teams in adopting Scrum, Kanban;- Coach teams on Agile principles and practices;- Facilitate Agile events such as sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, daily stand-ups;- Assist teams in identifying and removing impediments;- Measure and track team performance.- Setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals;- Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports;- Managing resources for projects, such as computer equipment and employees;- Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities;- Implementing strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget;- Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence- Conducting risk assessments for projects.

Propose, plan, organize, implement and evaluate activities of the Technology and Data Analysis Center- Employee engagement activities, building a spirit of solidarity and cooperation;- Editing and publishing internal magazines and technology magazines to update information about the unit's activities, share experiences and disseminate the corporate culture;- Soft skills training for employees;- Sports and health training activities for employees (football, yoga);- Cultural and volunteer activities (blood donation, cooking for children, collect scrap).

- Guide the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices, ensure the team follow the Scrum process, conduct Sprint Planning;- Facilitate scrum ceremonies (stand-up, sprint planning, sprint review/showcase, sprint retrospective) 2 squads;- Manage each project’s scope and timeline, support Product Owners on features backlog, prioritization, and release planning that will realize the greatest business value;- Guide teams for continuous improvement momentum, resolve conflicts and remove obstacles to help them meet delivery timelines;- Discuss open issues, status, and roll forward action items (focus on process-oriented issues);- Help team members to use and navigate agile tools and software (Confluence, Jira);- Assist internal/external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.

- Receive and understand information, cultural requirements, and cohesion from the corporate level.- Develop appropriate plans for cultural and engagement activities at subsidiaries.- Effectively deploy cultural activities and engagement programs as planned. - Participate and spread the spirit of cohesion in company and group activities.- Report results, evaluate effectiveness and propose improvements for cultural and engagement activities.

- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders;- Coordinate with Sales to prepare bidding documents and negotiate contracts;- Be the focal point to exchange with customers to coordinate project implementation, support customers within the project scope during implementation;- Develop a detailed plan to monitor project progress, measure member performance; - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation; - Assemble and lead project team (Scrum methods preferred) to make sure the most important and urgent tasks are completed first, engage the whole team into common project goal; - Managing and solving problems arising in the implementation process;- Manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs, to minimize risks; - Keep track of contract payment milestones and debt collection;- Manage great relationship with the client and all stakeholders; establish and maintain good relationships with third parties/vendors;- Make sure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope & budget; maintain product quality and bring great customer satisfaction;- Report and escalate to manager as needed.

- Participate in software development projects (web app programming, mobile app) in the field of services: Hotels, Management and operation of apartments;- Survey, collect, analyze and synthesize information from customer business requirements;- Requirements and data analysis, description of business processes, use cases, scenarios, business analysis to provide business requirements, interfaces and features;- Design data model, create mockups or prototypes for the project;- Prepare documents to analyze URD, SRS.

- Receive, survey and collect requests from customers (BOD/ departmentsexpertise), analyze requirements and data, describe business processes, use cases, workflow analysis) to make business solutions, interfaces and features;- Develop and agree with customers on functional description/ specificationfor products/ services, SRS;- Design wireframe, create mockups;- Coordinate with team members: UI designer, developer, tester ... to ensureensure features are built on target and on schedule;- Participate in software quality testing, pre-acceptance test of productscurrent transfer;- Tracking, researching competitors, product orientation;- Product operation:+ User manual (with features for internal use)+ Tracking and analyzing data to understand user behavior;+ Report to BOD.
