I will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging curriculum that integrates digital media and visual arts, fostering creativity, critical thinking, and technical skills among students in grades 6-8 with the ability to inspire and support students in their artistic growth.

I developed, organized, and supervised an entry-level performing arts stylized multi-media educational program for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Elkhart County. The program aimed to teach club members from kindergarten through 12th grade professional-level songwriting, music production, musical instrument instruction, vocal recording, mixing techniques, And audio/visual content creation in newsroom broadcasting teamwork scenarios. My responsibilities were assembling, grooming, and maintaining community partnerships with other performing arts organizations like The Music Village Of South Bend, Epic Dance Studios, and our partnering school of Beardsley Elementary for our Choir programs. I was scaling its functions year to year by finding new solutions to provide Club Members the best opportunities to express their creativity.

Created, coordinated, and oversaw implementing of a performing arts program that taught Boys & Club members from kindergarten to 12th grade professional-level songwriting, music production, and recording. Choir and Drama program and entry-level video production, a news program.

Managed and oversaw the daily operations of the North Side Middle school Teen Program unit of the Boys & Girls Club of Elkhart. That included middle management administrative duties, management and coordination of program operations, staff management, child development programming, and overall site safety management.

Youth Development Professional who also shares Site Supervising duties with our three other Unit Supervisors. I also oversee and manage the Teen Club programming at Beardsley Elementary. Co-manages the Teen programming that now resides at North Side Middle school.
