In addition to that he’s built a personal rental portfolio of over $11 million in single family homes. In his 10 plus years in real estate he has built over $15 million in residential properties, renovated over $25 million in single family homes and personally built rental portfolios for clients with a combined value well over $30 million.Prior to entering the real estate industry, Quenton spent 7 years in the apartment industry where he managed several different apartment communities in the Houston area ranging from $22 million to well over $30 million in value. Before that, he spent 6 years in the Luxury hotels such as JW Marriott, Hilton Hotels and Intercontinental Hotels Group while studying at the University of Houston-Downtown for a Degree in Business Management.
