It also promotes two exercises I developed, JumpRock, and Heavy Hula Hands.I've taken it on myself to share with the world at large my experiences of the last 30 years or so which resulted in my being in extraordinarily good shape at the age of 60, almost inadvertently. I've always been, and prefer to be sedentary, but 30 years ago I stumbled onto a technique I believe almost anyone can use to gradually and systematically motivate themselves to exercise daily long enough to get the benefits in mood and energy, which serve as feedback to encourage persistence in exercising daily. One major benefit is you can remain sedentary or even slothful the rest of the time and enjoy it more.I want to raise my personal profile on the QFE site so I can eventually be the beloved old grandfather of "sedentary fitness" who gently nags the young people (anyone under 55) to use "Energy Focused Exercise" principles and demonstrates to them the daily benefits and how they lead to fitness and health in old age.I say eventually, but I'm not getting any younger, so I need to make connections with people who have media savvy and can get me more exposure. I'm not looking for handouts - if you want to donate to my real pet cause, give to UNICEF children's fund. I'm looking for connections who would benefit from the relationship. I'm open to motivational speaking, personal training, demonstrations, commercials, TV shows, or almost anything legal and ethical that will help promote Energy Focused Exercise and all that goes with it.I'm also willing to do free motivational appearances for worthwhile charities or schools in the Orange County area.Specialties: Thousands of hours of energy focused exercise in the last 30 years.
