I have designed and managed collision repair facilities and all facets of the operation.I have taught collision repair in both secondary level and post secondary level directly to the industry. I have designed, developed, taught and implemented training programs worldwide as well as industry specific solution software. I have been a Certified QuickBooks Advisor since 1999 and regularly teach and support QuickBooks of all versions.I regularly author industry articles and publish them worldwide.
