It encompasses aspects of go-to-market transformation, b2b digital selling, sales effectiveness, strategic marketing and content creation.As a side gig, I still do some coaching and training helping leaders create businesses that are more fluid and adaptable. This draws on the roles I had in the corporate world, the stuff I learned at Stanford & the experience of starting my own thing. I often work with the team at Softed, and am an ICAgile accredited coach for two courses of theirs - the Business Agility Accelerator, and Adaptive Leadership. Show less
