Hello my friend,Thanks for popping in. I appreciate your curiosity. My mission is to inspire a collective culture of self-love and personal responsibility. One where we are individually empowered to secure our own health and happiness, and are content such that we can turn towards and share generously with the world around us. I believe a fulfilling human life is driven by compassion, integrity, play & purpose. I teach my clients and communities how to cultivate these qualities and create lives they absolutely love living, and which contribute positively to the greater good. Because we are in this together, and yet the greater sum of our parts is dependent on us each playing our own.I offer 1-1 and group coaching programs, host retreats throughout the US and facilitate mindfulness classes and ecstatic dances locally in my hometown of Denver.I'm a certified life coach through The Jay Shetty School and finishing a two-year training as a mindfulness meditation teacher with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield, with accreditation by The Awareness Training Institute and The Greater Good Science Center at UC Berkeley.I have a decade of diverse experience mentoring, coaching and teaching in Summer camps, teaching abroad in Vietnam and running my own coaching business since 2021. I've traveled to over 40 countries and have a respect & appreciation for the diversity of human experience on this planet. I'm a committed meditator, having sat on over a dozen 10+ day silent meditation retreats over the past 10 years, lending me deep insight into the heart and mind.My strengths are in my range and innovative mind, my clear, kind and powerful communication, and my compassionate leadership.
